Booxie’s user experience and visual design functions were recognized with Gold Awards in the Mobile Features category, and its Photo and Video features received a Silver Award in the Mobile Apps/Sites category.
“With Booxie less than a year old, we are truly honored to be recognized by W3. Our team strives every day for an excellent user experience that empowers people to tell their own story while giving them creative options in preserving their photo and video memories,” Ray Slay, CEO of Booxie, LLC. “These awards and incredible recognition would not be possible without the tireless dedication of our marketing and development teams, particularly our head of engineering and CTO, Srinath Madas.”
“The creativity and quality of this season’s entries raised the bar once again. As our connected world continues to expand in new and exciting ways, our winners are a true testament to the power of Web creativity across the world.” said Derek Howard, the director of the AIVA. “On behalf of the over 750 members of The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, we applaud the talents and dedication our winners showcased and commend all of this year’s entrants for their commitment to furthering the quality of the content we view online.”
